Amy Kuscsik
Social Media Manager
Amy Kuscsik is a faith-based yoga therapist and somatic practitioner devoted to helping others reconnect with their bodies, find stillness in motion, and heal from the inside out. With a heart for whole-person care, Amy specializes in trauma-sensitive yoga, embodiment practices, and nervous system regulation, blending modern somatic science with ancient contemplative wisdom.
Her work is deeply rooted in Biblical principles of restoration and self-care, making her offerings uniquely accessible to those seeking spiritual alignment alongside physical and emotional healing. Through chair yoga, embodied movement, equine-assisted learning, and creative wellness workshops, Amy supports individuals and groups in cultivating a life of presence, resilience, and grace.
She brings her integrative services to diverse settings—from wellness clinics and barns to community spaces and churches—always holding space with compassion, safety, and joy. Amy has also collaborated with organizations like Safe Harbor and Christian-based mental health centers to support survivors of trauma and young women in recovery, offering somatic tools that gently rebuild trust in the body and spirit.
In addition to her therapeutic work, Amy curates hands-on wellness experiences like soap-making and spa kits under her creative brand, Unique Peace, bringing beauty and healing into everyday life. Whether guiding a chair yoga class, leading an embodied retreat, or creating a personalized somatic plan, Amy’s mission remains the same: to help others feel whole, held, and home in their bodies.
